If you are unable to provide a photo of the damage, we will decide if we can issue a store credit. In some cases, we can issue a refund without insurance verification. Once this is done, you will be provided a full refund when insurance clears back to your original payment method if insurance deems it was damaged during shipping. ![]() Also you will have to fill out a form from a verified link you will be sent. Please note that photos of the damaged item(s) and damaged packaging will be required to be emailed to us prior to receiving a refund as we need this evidence to provide for insurance reimbursement. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are a small boutique shop and prices are low so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
